With a lot of admin issues in 2024, making sure our 501(C)3 paperwork was in order with both the State and with the IRS our progress has slowed down a bit; however, 2025 is looking to be a year of hope fulfilled! We are moving forward with excitement, anticipation, and confidence! Our 2024 Goals remain the same for 2025:
- Raise up 1,000 Prayer Warriors – Currently we have 565! God is good, Amen?!!! If you would like to sign up to be a Prayer Warrior, please go to our contact page and use our contact form at the bottom of the page.
- Raise up to 100 or More Campaign Warriors – Individuals willing to donate to Camp Treehouse monthly. Our heart’s desire is that folks would pray about what God would have you do, then simply be obedient to that. I don’t care if it is $10, $50, or $100 per month – THAT is between you and God! However, if you feel led to become a Campaign Warrior, please visit our Campaign Page and scroll down the page to donate (there are several options in how you may donate so read through the page carefully). Currently we have 14 regular monthly donors ~ so we have some work to do here. PLEASE HELP!
- Create Five (5) or more Strategic Partnership with other outside organizations to help raise awareness of what we are trying to accomplish, and to help raise the funds we need to build Camp Treehouse. Currently, we have established partnerships with two outside organizations.
- Organize and Operate “Proof of Concept” Camps whereby we rent the facilities of other camps to run our programs based on our Program Phylosophy.
Additionally, we are adding one additional goal for 2025. We hope to add a few more members to our Board of Directors (People with specialized skillsets that can keep Camp Treehouse moving in a positive forward direction). SO, WHAT’S NEW FOR 2025
We are laser-focused on three things:
- Raising Awareness of our Mission here at Camp Treehouse
- Raising Funds to Build Camp Treehouse
- Scheduling a Summer Retreat for our Nation’s Heroes
How are we going to do this?
First through lots of PRAYER!!! That goes without saying.
The way ahead really comes down to word of mouth and social media. We’re hoping to be invited to share on a few podcasts that we can in turn share on social media. Additionally, we’re hoping that by creating some strategic partnerships we can multiply the way we raise awareness and funds for Camp Treehouse.
On the fundraising front, we have started on a few initiatives to start generating some serious cashflow:
We have conducted an extensive search for both Federal and Private Grant money and are in the process of creating relationship with those organizations (Grantors) so we can better position ourselves to not only become eligible for but win the award of these Grants.
Additionally, we are trying to cultivate some relationships with schools and churches to conduct some fundraising events whereby the funds raised can benefit our communities and Camp Treehouse as well.
Either way we cannot do any of this without God being at the center of it all – So, please pray for us daily! AND we cannot do any of this without folks like YOU!!!
